Don't panic, we can help with this.
First, have a quick look at the passport number and pincode you got from your school when you joined. Are there any capital letters or numbers that you haven’t entered?
Still no luck?
If you know your Passport Number but have forgotten your pincode, you can click on the 'Forgot pin code' button on the login page. You should be able to reset your pincode yourself.
If you can't remember your Passport Number either, then you can either ask at your school, or ask a parent or guardian to get in touch with us for help. They can email us at contactus@childrensuniversity.scot. Someone from our team will be happy to help.
Find and log activities for Children's University using Aspire, our online platform for children, families and schools. You can log in to Aspire on a computer, or download our free smartphone app.

Here's what to do when you get there...
How to search for new activities:
Step 1. Log into your Aspire account. Pupils log in HERE with their Passport Number and pincode, whilst parents/carers can log in HERE with their email address and password.
Step 2. Click the 'Find Activities' button in the drop-down menu on the top left of the screen bar.
Step 3. Click on the 'Where' filter. You’ll see three options:
Step 4. Use the 'Type' filter to choose some activity categories that interest you, and type in some keywords in the final box if you like.
Step 5. Scan down to see the range of activities that you could do to collect credits! If see you one that interests you, why not go along and give it a try?
How to log your credits once you've taken part:
Once you've taken part in an activity, and written the activity down in your Passport to Learning (if you have one), you're ready to come back to Aspire to claim your Children's University credit coins.
Follow the same steps above to find the activity on Aspire again.
Step 1: When you find the activity, click 'Claim Credits'.
Step 2: Select the date you took part, give a star rating from 1 to 5, and choose at least one opinion word. Click 'Claim Credits'.
Success! You've claimed your credits on Aspire!
Just head to the 'app-store' on your phone (or a grown-up's phone), and search for 'Children's University Aspire'. The app is available on Android and Apple devices.
The app is free, and it allows you to search for activities and log your credits on the move. Give it a go!
We try to include as many activities on the list as possible, but this is a big task - especially if you think about how many activities take place in one small part of Scotland!
If you take part in a fun educational activity outside school, but it doesn’t appear in our list, we’d love to add it so you can collect credits for taking part.
In order to set this up, please tell the activity provider about Children’s University Scotland and invite them to sign up as a registered activity provider.
There are two ways to do this:
Alternatively, ask them to send us an email at contactus@childrensuniversity.scot, and we'll be happy to help them sign up.
