Scottish Government
Children’s University Scotland is proud that Scottish Government has recognised the contribution that our charity can make to the drive to overcome inequality, broaden young people’s horizons, and raise their aspirations.
We have been recognised as a national partner in the Scottish Attainment Challenge programme. The grant funding we have received from Scottish Government, and their endorsement of our work, will enable us to significantly accelerate our expansion across Scotland.
"Efforts to support children to take part in learning outside of school hours is a crucial part of boosting attainment and tackling disadvantage. Scottish Government values the work of Children’s University Scotland and recognises the vital role the charity plays in working with schools and other partners to help children develop their talents and interests." John Swinney MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills
